Verified source text comes first
Franklin Helps will not invent or silently machine-translate service details. A language preference can travel with a public-resource plan, but translated content should be shown only when it has a verified source or review path.
Resource interoperability stays privacy-minimized
Search and filters can be modular
The product can connect to qualified resource APIs through narrow search, query and filter adapters while keeping Franklin Helps presentation rules separate from the upstream directory.
No personal-information feed
Interoperability does not require Franklin Helps to create a hidden resident profile. Public resource facts and broad categories remain separate from personal case information.
Browse help without creating an account
Public resources stay public
You can browse, save and share public resource IDs without giving Franklin Helps your name, email or phone number. Saved items remain in your browser unless a future governed feature clearly asks otherwise.
Private follow-up stays separate
If a future coordinated referral needs private information, that information belongs in the authorized referral workflow—not in the public resource directory or share link.
Freshness and permission are separate safeguards
Source age is visible
Each resource keeps its source-checked date and recheck date. If source evidence becomes overdue, the card is withheld until it is revalidated rather than being silently carried forward.
Dynamic details need confirmation
Hours, wait times, vacancy, inventory and appointment availability can change faster than a resource identity. Cards marked “Recheck before relying” do not treat those dynamic details as current.
Private handoff requires a separate choice
Browsing and saving remain anonymous. A future private referral handoff must use an explicit, time-limited permission for that action; browsing history is not treated as consent.
