Franklin Helps is the first local pilot of an intended broader charitable operating model. Today, the active focus is Franklin, Tennessee only.
Why Franklin?
A local pilot makes it possible to learn what residents, businesses and community organizations actually need before creating unnecessary scale or overhead. Franklin is the place where the model is being tested and improved.

Everyday community locations can make trusted local-help information easier to notice and reach.
Support should be transparent
Giving, sponsorship and impact should be easy to understand when they open, and tied to what actually happened locally.
Partner first means strengthen before duplicating.
Franklin Helps should use qualified existing organizations and services before building new direct-service infrastructure. Listing a resource does not mean that organization is a Franklin Helps partner.
What is active now?
Source-checked public resource navigation and the informational Franklin Helps site. Giving, Sponsor payments, live Community Host enrollment and other live actions remain closed until their separate requirements are met.
How is Franklin Helps intended to be organized and overseen?
The intended architecture is one national nonprofit parent with separately attributed local programs. Franklin Helps must not imply that it is already a separate tax-exempt organization unless that legal status is documented.
